KyroFeedback documentation
KyroFeedback collects product feedback through a hosted portal, an embeddable website widget, or your own interface built with the public API. Feedback from each experience is stored in its project and managed from the dashboard.
The KyroFeedback service is hosted at feedback.kyrocms.com. Use this fixed host for customer portal links, widget scripts, and API requests.
Start here
- Set up your account and first project
- Install the portal or customize and install the widget
- Build a custom integration with the API
- Manage feedback, API keys, and project settings
- Give an AI coding agent a setup task
- Troubleshoot common setup issues
How the pieces fit together
- Create a KyroFeedback account and project.
- Choose the hosted portal, floating widget, or a custom interface.
- Create a publishable key if you use the widget or API from a website.
- Add your website domain to the project allowlist if you want to restrict where the public key works.
- Customers submit feedback, comment, and vote according to your project permissions.
- Your team reviews feedback and replies in the project dashboard.
The publishable key identifies a project. It does not grant dashboard access. Secret keys are for private server-side use; never put one in browser code, a public repository, or a website embed.
